Pineapple Raita |
Here's how I make Pineapple Raita:
1 cup canned Pineapple tidbits (drain completely)
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
Big pinch of red chilli pwd
Big pinch of chaat masala
Small pinch of cumin pwd
few springs of cilantro - chopped
Just mix everything in a bowl. Serve this cool Pineapple Raita with spicy biryani or paratha or curry.
