Jhatpat Chana Chaat

I adapted this chaat from Tarla Dalal's food magazine. Here's how I made it:

2 store-bought khakhras - crushed
1 cup canned garbanzo beans - drained and rinsed
1 tomato - chopped
1/2 onion - chopped
Chopped cilantro for garnish
2 - 3 tbsp yogurt - beaten till smooth
Tamarind chutney to taste
Green mint/cilantro/chilli chutney to taste
pinch of chaat masala pwd
pinch of cumin pwd

Arrange the crushed khakhras and garbanzo beans in a bowl and top with the tomatoes, onions, beaten yogurt, chutneys. Sprinkle the chaat masala, cumin pwd and chopped cilantro.

Enjoy immediately.
